My story
I spent years being the strong one, until I wasn't.
For a long time I was the woman everyone leaned on. Capable, composed, endlessly available. I could sense what everyone in a room needed before they said a word, and I had no idea what I needed at all.
The unravelling wasn't dramatic. It looked like exhaustion I couldn't sleep off, conversations I replayed at midnight, and a quiet grief for a version of myself I could barely remember.
What changed things wasn't advice. It was being met with warmth while I learned to notice, name and understand my own emotions, and then learning to speak them out loud without apology.
That's the work I now hold for other women. Not a transformation into someone new. A slow, steady return home.
What I believe
Every woman deserves to feel emotionally safe
Deeply valued, genuinely understood, and at peace with herself. That belief shapes every part of this work.
You are not a problem to be solved
Nothing here treats you as broken. Every pattern you carry once kept you safe, and it deserves understanding before it deserves changing.
Gentle, and still rigorous
The work is warm, but it isn't vague. It draws on emotional intelligence research, nervous-system regulation and trauma-informed practice.
Your pace is the right pace
There are no streaks to keep, no catching up, no falling behind. Returning after a pause is treated as progress.
Consent in everything
You choose what you share and when. Nothing is required, nothing is extracted, nothing is repeated elsewhere.
How I help
Three ways we can work together
Different depths, same care. You can start anywhere and move whenever it feels right.
One-to-one coaching
Private, unhurried sessions shaped entirely around your life and your pace.
The course
Eight guided modules you can move through gently, on your own schedule.
The community
A quiet circle of women practising the same things, without comparison.
Reconnect with yourself.
If something here felt familiar, that's reason enough to begin.
